FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

We get to know each other during a free initial consultation. Counseling can take place over the phone or at a meeting. I'm going to ask you about your goals in general and I'd like to know what you expect from PTE. Together we will go through a questionnaire on the anamnesis, so that I can use your answers  briefly and in advance to recommend our options and procedures for our training. I will then explain my role as your personal trainer.

HOW DOES PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?

WHERE DOES THE PERSONAL TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

You can choose the training locations. We can train privately with me or in private with you. Whichever option you choose, you are undisturbed and can fully concentrate on your training.

If you decide to train with me, we train with our own fitness equipment. You therefore benefit from a seamless training process that can be carried out without waiting - as is often the case in the studios. 

If you prefer outdoor training, nature and the weather can enrich our training. We can train in the fresh air in the park or on the Main. I know many places there that are ideal for outdoor training.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF A NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION?

In order to guarantee nutritional advice that is tailored to you, the nutritional advice begins with the logging of your daily diet. With the help of a nutrition log that you keep regularly, I get insights into your eating habits. The nutrition log forms the basis of our nutritional advice. Qualified advice is only possible after the nutrition log has been evaluated. 
I don't follow any diet trends or template-like slimming programs, but work with you to create a strategy that you can implement and, above all, that will last. Realizable, because your initial situation is taken into account in particular.  Constant, because we proceed in small steps and secure our result based on concrete and measurable goals.
